How it works

OUR PROCESS

1. Booking
Book online then you will receive an onboarding email from Sam with a link to the online discovery questionnaire and your invoice.

Once 50% payment has been received, your spot in booked. Work will commence usually 1-2 weeks after booking.
2. Website Development
Sit back and relax while Sam weaves her magic ✨

You will receive regular updates from Sam and a link to view the website as it progresses.
3. Delivery
Once your website is completed, it will be set live for everyone to see.

You will receive a 'how to' guide for how to use your website.

Sam will be available for support for 3 months following your launch. Of course, if you have any questions after the 3 months Sam will be happy to answer them. For any additional website work there will be an hourly rate.
